US Domestic Shipping Policy

— Orders are processed as received and timing can vary, but will be reviewed and fulfilled as timely as possible.

— Shipping times depend on the selected carrier and location.

— Conscious Cart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

Third‑Party Product Disclaimer  

We ship both in‑house TheCheekyClean® products and products from external brands.  

While we guarantee accurate fulfillment, Conscious Cart is not responsible for the formulation, performance, or manufacturing quality of third‑party items.  

All product‑related concerns for non‑TheCheekyClean items must be directed to the brand manufacturer.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages  

If your product does **not arrive** or arrives with **clear, significant damage**, you may request a **refund**.  

To qualify, you must provide:  

- Order number  

- Photo evidence (for damages)  

- Written claim within 7 days of delivery

No Returns  

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:  

- Dissatisfaction  

- Change of mind  

- Opened or unopened product

No Free Replacements  

If there is an issue receiving your shipment, Conscious Cart does **not** offer free replacement products.  

Refund‑only resolution applies where applicable. 

TheCheekyClean Product Rights  

All TheCheekyClean® formulations, packaging, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Conscious Cart LLC and Thacker Holdings LLC.

Repackaging, resale, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Incorrect Shipping Information  

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate. Conscious Cart is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
