Welcome to Conscious Cart LLC (“Conscious Cart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Website  

You must be at least 18 years old and agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful activity.

2. Products and Descriptions  

We offer both our in‑house brand, TheCheekyClean®, and carefully curated third‑party products.  

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions may occasionally contain errors. Conscious Cart reserves the right to update or correct information at any time.

3. Intellectual Property  

TheCheekyClean® brand—including all product formulations, packaging, trademarks, logos, and digital content—is the exclusive property of Conscious Cart LLC and Thacker Holdings LLC.

No rights, licenses, or permissions are granted to any user beyond personal use.  

Reproduction, duplication, repackaging, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Third‑Party Brand Disclaimer  

Conscious Cart sells products from carefully selected external brands. These items are not manufactured by Conscious Cart LLC.  

We are not liable for:  

- Ingredient reactions or sensitivities  

- Product performance, efficacy, or quality  

- Manufacturing defects  

- Claims or certifications made by the brand  

- Any damages or issues arising from the use or misuse of third‑party items  

Concerns regarding third‑party formulations must be directed to the manufacturer.

5. Purchases and Billing  

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. All payments must be authorized and valid.

6. Shipping & Delivery  

Orders are processed in the order received. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refund Policy  

There are no returns.

Refunds are issued only if:  

- A product arrives with clear, significant damage.

If there is an issue receiving your package, no free replacement will be provided. Refund‑only resolution applies where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability  

For TheCheekyClean® branded products, liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.  

For third‑party brands, liability is limited solely to shipping the correct product as ordered.  

Conscious Cart is not responsible for adverse reactions, dissatisfaction, or any consequences from using third‑party goods.

9. Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
